Return policy

Our priority is to ensure that the purchased product, specifically the watch, works properly and meets the expectations established at the time of purchase. Below is our return policy:

  1. Returns due to malfunction:

    • Returns will only be accepted if the watch has some type of malfunction that prevents its correct use within [15 days] after delivery.

    • Malfunctions must be reported immediately to our customer service team, providing clear details about the problem and, if necessary, photos or videos to prove it.

  2. Package arrival conditions:

    • We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration suffered by the package during the shipping process to the customer's address. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt.

    • If the package arrives in inadequate conditions, the responsible courier company must be contacted, since we only guarantee the correct functioning of the product at the time of dispatch.

  1. Order confirmation:

    • We guarantee that the product delivered will be the watch ordered at the time of purchase. If an error occurs in shipping and the watch does not match the order, a correction will be made at no additional cost.

  1. Return process due to malfunction:

    • If the watch is defective, the customer must send it back for inspection. If the product is found to have a factory malfunction, a repair or replacement will be offered at no additional cost.

This policy guarantees that you will receive the watch you ordered in good working order, but we are not responsible for the condition in which the package arrives at your home.
